POSITION: Branch Head

SALARY: Depending on the collection Target

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Master and implement the rules, goals and mechanics of branch contests and targets.
2. Create and implement marketing strategies to beat competition
3. Sales Activities
4. Responsible to execute the following functions:
   1. Functions Related to Branch Profitability
   1. Functions Related to Customer Service
   1. Functions Related to People Development
   1. Functions Related to Collection
   1. Functions Related to Office Maintenance, Security and Order
   1. Functions Related to Recording, Reporting and Other Administrative WorkFunctions Related to Compliance with Rules and Regulations of the National and Local Government
5. Responsible for other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Male/ Female

-Can be an existing Branch Head or Loan Processor

-With good Marketing and sales skills

-With good communication skills

-With strong leadership and management skills

-With problem solving and decision-making abilities
